What you'll do

As a Transport Performance Analyst, you will execute daily forecasts for same-day or next-day deliveries, planning routes that affect tens of thousands of packages across the EU. You will be accountable for planning accuracy, cost management, and enhancing customer experience. Your role will involve developing best practices and standard work for the logistics network, ensuring that targets and service deadlines are consistently met.

You will conduct research into process improvement initiatives, making real-time decisions to optimize operations. Your ability to communicate with various stakeholders will be crucial in facilitating smooth operations and addressing any potential issues that arise. You will work in a rotating three-shift system, which may include weekends and on-call duties, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the role.
