You have a strong background in logistics operations and are passionate about improving processes. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to take on responsibilities that drive performance and compliance. Your analytical skills allow you to identify patterns and trends, enabling you to dive deep into operational challenges and propose effective solutions. You are comfortable working in shifts, as the role requires flexibility to manage operations seven days a week.
You possess excellent communication skills, which help you coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external logistics partners. You are proactive in supporting the onboarding of new partners and ensuring they meet Amazon's high standards. Your attention to detail ensures that you monitor performance metrics closely, allowing you to address any issues promptly.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a team of external logistics partners, ensuring they adhere to performance and compliance standards. You will work closely with various teams to monitor and analyze operational data, identifying areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include supporting the launch of new logistics partners and ensuring they are integrated smoothly into Amazon's operations. You will also be involved in developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
