What you'll do

In this role, you will evaluate performance metrics to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement. You will establish partnerships with operational leaders within the fulfillment center to ensure adherence to standard work practices and capture ideas for improvements.

You will lead projects aimed at simplifying the monitoring of metric deviations and achieving expected goals. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that operational processes are executed effectively and efficiently. You will also be responsible for training team members on new procedures and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
