What you'll do

As a Pathways Leadership Intern, you will dive deep into strategic projects that are critical to Amazon's operations network. You will tackle business-critical challenges and gain practical leadership experience over a 10-12 week full-time internship. Your internship will conclude with a presentation of your innovative solution to senior management, showcasing your ability to drive results for customers.

You will be part of the Pathways program, which is designed to rapidly develop experienced professionals into Amazon's next Senior Operations Managers. Throughout the program, your responsibilities will grow from leading approximately 100 to 800 employees and managers, providing you with exclusive mentoring and visibility to senior leadership.
