What you'll do

As a Process Assistant, you will work under the guidance of managers to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency. You will engage in daily safety activities and quality checks while identifying and solving problems that arise in the workflow. You will be responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly, coordinating the flow of goods from receiving to shipping. You will prepare for new projects and assist in the training of new employees to ensure they understand Amazon's standard operating procedures. You will also address any irregularities that occur during operations, investigating their causes and implementing preventive measures.
