You are detail-oriented and committed to operational excellence, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Your ability to communicate effectively across teams helps you to coordinate efforts and drive performance improvements. You are proactive in identifying operational challenges and are skilled at developing solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. What you'll do

As an Infrastructure Partner Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting relationships with colocation providers and conducting business reviews to ensure that operational standards are met. You will serve as the key point of collaboration between AWS internal teams and colocation vendors, facilitating communication and coordination to address complex operational challenges. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that AWS infrastructure services maintain the highest standards for safety and security.

You will work closely with various teams across AWS to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while optimizing costs. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new partners, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
