What you'll do

As an Infrastructure Partner Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting relationships with colocation providers and conducting business reviews to ensure that operational standards are met. You will serve as the key point of collaboration between AWS internal teams and colocation vendors, facilitating communication and coordination to address complex operational challenges. Your role will involve analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement, ensuring that AWS infrastructure services maintain the highest standards for safety and security.

You will work closely with various teams across AWS to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while optimizing costs. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new partners, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be involved in strategic planning sessions, contributing insights that help shape the future of AWS infrastructure services.
