What you'll do

As a Process Assistant, you will support the operations manager in enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency within the fulfillment center. You will be responsible for ensuring that products are received, managed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with your team to ensure that operations run smoothly and that customer commitments are met on time.

You will also be involved in the implementation of new projects and systems, preparing for operational expansions during peak times. This includes developing training materials and manuals to help new employees understand Amazon's standard operating procedures. You will actively participate in problem-solving activities to address any irregularities that occur during operations.
