What you'll do

As a Process Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently. You will work closely with managers to enhance safety and quality standards, conducting regular checks and participating in improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for coordinating operations to meet customer delivery promises, ensuring that products are dispatched on time.

You will assist in the implementation of new projects and prepare for operational expansions during peak times, ensuring that all team members are trained on standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will address any irregularities that arise during operations, investigating issues and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.
