What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and leading solution designs that address customer business outcomes in the pharmaceutical sector — you will work closely with ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams to ensure that solutions are optimized for success. You will lead cloud modernization and AI transformation initiatives, focusing on designing scalable AWS solutions that tackle complex challenges such as clinical trial management and regulatory submissions.

You will engage with pharmaceutical and life sciences customers to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that drive innovation — your success will be measured by the impact of your solutions on SOW signings and customer satisfaction. As a trusted technical advisor, you will provide guidance throughout the solution implementation process, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with customer expectations and business goals.
