What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the implementation of comprehensive safety programs across Amazon's operations. You will conduct daily safety audits and incident investigations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to prevent injuries. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging safety training sessions that resonate with associates and promote a culture of safety. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety while maintaining operational efficiency.

As the designated safety champion for your building, you will have the unique opportunity to influence safety culture and drive change. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement innovative safety solutions that combine technology with human-centered approaches. Your role will involve advocating for associates and ensuring that their voices are heard in safety discussions. You will also be responsible for tracking safety metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of safety programs to leadership.
