You are a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree, set to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027. You possess a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, and you are open to relocating nationwide for this internship opportunity. You are eager to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects in construction management.
You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration, and you are ready to engage with both internal customers and external stakeholders. You are committed to upholding high standards and ensuring that all contracted resources meet quality and duration targets. You are proactive in seeking innovative solutions that can improve processes and results.
Desirable
While not required, any prior experience or coursework related to construction management, project management, or engineering would be beneficial. Familiarity with construction processes and project scheduling would also be a plus, as would any experience in working on team projects.
What you'll do
During your 10-12 week internship, you will support the implementation of Amazonβs facility network infrastructure, which includes new builds, retrofits, and expansions. You will learn how to partner with construction managers to ensure that all job team members are aligned and that schedules and budgets are maintained. You will assist in the oversight of multiple projects across various locations, gaining valuable insights into the construction process.
You will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonβs customer-obsessed leaders in construction, learning from their expertise and gaining hands-on experience in the field. You will be involved in various aspects of project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of construction activities. Your role will also include supporting the team in delivering results that meet Amazonβs high standards.
