Who you are

You are a strategic, idea-driven storyteller with a strong background in copywriting. With several years of experience, you have honed your ability to develop compelling, insight-led copy across various channels, including brand platforms, social media, digital, film, and experiential marketing. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with art directors, strategists, and account teams to translate business objectives into clear and distinctive creative ideas that resonate with audiences. Your strong point of view and ability to elevate creative work through craft, clarity, and cultural relevance set you apart in the field. You are also experienced in presenting your work confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating creative rationale while remaining open to feedback. Mentoring junior writers and setting high creative standards are integral parts of your role, as you help shape the voice and tone of the brands you work on. Above all, you balance big idea thinking with flawless execution, ensuring that every word earns its place.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the visual development of big ideas across integrated campaigns, translating strategy and insights into clear, compelling visual concepts. You will be responsible for developing copy that not only meets the creative standards of the team but also aligns with the strategic goals of the business. Your work will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the creative output is not only innovative but also effective in driving results. You will take the lead in concept development, guiding the creative process from ideation through execution. Your ability to craft narratives that engage and inspire will be crucial as you work on campaigns that reach millions of listeners globally. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior writers, helping them to develop their skills and encouraging them to push their creative boundaries. As a Senior Creative, Copywriter, you will set and maintain a high bar for craft, ensuring that the work produced by your team is of the highest quality and reflects the values of Audible.
