Who you are
As a Working Student in Customer Care, you are eager to contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and support. You enjoy collaborating with internal stakeholders and have a knack for organizing customer paperwork and correspondence. You thrive in a team environment where having fun is just as important as helping partners in their daily tasks. You are detail-oriented and ready to assist in implementing and improving customer care processes. Your ability to respond to customer support inquiries will be key in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with the Frontline Operations Team, Back Office Team, and Vendor Partners around the world. You will be responsible for responding to customer support letters and general inquiries, ensuring that all communications are handled efficiently. You will also organize customer paperwork and correspondence, which is crucial for maintaining smooth operations. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues will be a significant part of your daily tasks, allowing you to develop your problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will support the tasks of Vendor Managers, including data analysis and reporting, which will give you valuable insights into customer care processes.
