What you'll do

As a Transportation Representative NOC IB at Amazon, you will serve as the primary interface between Amazon and our stakeholders, particularly our seller points of contact. Your role involves effectively communicating in a clear and professional manner at all times, ensuring that you provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners.

You will manage sensitive cases by adhering to the escalation matrix and reporting issues as they arise.
