Amazon is hiring an Investigation Specialist for a 12-month contract to support the Seller Experience Protection Operations team. Who you are

You are a dedicated and hardworking individual with a strong analytical mindset, ready to take on the role of Investigation Specialist at Amazon. You have a proven track record of performance and results-oriented thinking, particularly in environments focused on customer satisfaction. Your experience in the e-commerce payments space or trust and safety field will be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of online transactions. You are comfortable working independently and making decisions with limited supervision, demonstrating excellent judgment in your role.

You understand the importance of maintaining a high level of internet connectivity and are prepared to meet the technical requirements necessary for remote work. Your commitment to the role includes being physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, or Rizal during your employment. You are flexible with your work schedule, ready to adapt to a 24/7 operations environment that may include weekends and holidays.

What you'll do

As an Investigation Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online e-commerce risks. Your role will involve authenticating customers and complex transactions, utilizing your problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure the best outcomes for customers. You will work closely with the Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) team, contributing to the overall safety and integrity of Amazon's e-commerce platform.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing transaction data, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks. You will be expected to make independent decisions that align with Amazon's commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders will be crucial as you collaborate to enhance the customer experience.
