Your commitment to the role includes being physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, or Rizal during your employment. You are flexible with your work schedule, ready to adapt to a 24/7 operations environment that may include weekends and holidays.

What you'll do

As an Investigation Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online e-commerce risks. Your role will involve authenticating customers and complex transactions, utilizing your problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure the best outcomes for customers. You will work closely with the Seller Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) team, contributing to the overall safety and integrity of Amazon's e-commerce platform.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing transaction data, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks. You will be expected to make independent decisions that align with Amazon's commitment to customer safety and satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders will be crucial as you collaborate to enhance the customer experience.
