Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in cloud solutions, ideally with over 5 years of experience in managing customer relationships and guiding them through complex cloud transformations. Your expertise in AWS is complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, support, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional results for clients. You are adept at translating strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring that customer needs are met throughout their journey.
Desirable
Experience in project management and familiarity with cloud governance and operational best practices will be beneficial. A background in technical account management or customer success roles is a plus, as is any experience with large-scale migrations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with AWS clients, guiding them through their multi-year cloud adoption journey. You will ensure that all AWS teams work together effectively to deliver results that meet customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with client leadership and AWS teams, driving collaboration among key account groups such as sales, support, and solution architecture. You will manage the cadence of reporting and tracking progress, ensuring that educational plans and business alignment sessions are executed successfully. You will also lead executive briefing sessions and operational transitions, playing a crucial role in the success of our clients' cloud journeys.
