Overview

Amazon is hiring a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional support and organize successful re-delivery attempts for customers' parcels. This role is based in Carlisle and requires strong problem-solving skills.

What you'll do

As a Delivery Station Liaison, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service from within our delivery station. Your primary duties will include organizing successful re-delivery attempts for customers' parcels and confirming crucial delivery details through calls. You will collaborate with warehouse teams and Delivery Service Partners to ensure packages are re-delivered successfully on the same day. Additionally, you will proactively address delivery defects to minimize customer effort and enhance satisfaction.
