You possess fluency in both Arabic and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of employees. Your strong communication skills allow you to explain complex HR policies clearly and concisely, ensuring that employees feel supported throughout their lifecycle at Amazon. What you'll do

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing a variety of HR queries related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, and onboarding. You will utilize internal case management systems to track and resolve issues efficiently. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each inquiry is resolved with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will refer to documentation such as FAQs and standard operating procedures to assist employees effectively, escalating issues when necessary.

You will actively seek employee feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and documentation. Your role will involve communicating effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring that employees understand the resolutions to their queries. You will contribute to a positive employee experience by providing timely and accurate information, helping to foster a supportive workplace culture at Amazon.
