What you'll do

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for communicating directly with customers in-person, via phone, and through email. You will help improve the customer experience by providing hands-on support to ensure timely delivery of packages. Your role will involve empathizing with customers, resolving issues, and connecting them with experts for accurate information about their packages. You will uphold company values and respect every customer, ensuring that their needs are prioritized. You will also be responsible for composing clear and accurate written responses to customer inquiries, maintaining a high standard of communication.
