Who you are

You hold a Bachelor's degree and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or customer-facing environment, which has equipped you with the skills to handle various operational challenges. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications allows you to create and manage reports effectively. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to understand and address quality defects in inventory management. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a team focused on continuous improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage in daily, weekly, and monthly research activities, focusing on data mining to identify the reasons behind quality defects. You will prepare and publish reports on inventory quality, including metrics such as IRDR, large adjustments, unmatched X, and HRV adjustments. Your responsibilities will also include bin management and control, where you will handle the creation, addition, deletion, and locking of bins. You will conduct daily training sessions and skill huddles for associates, providing quality feedback to enhance their performance. Additionally, you will stand in for the Process Associate and the Area Manager as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the fulfillment center.
