You have a strong background in data handling and analysis, demonstrating proficiency in generating high-quality human insight data across various modalities, including text, image, video, and audio. You understand the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality, as customer privacy is paramount in your work. You possess the ability to make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information, showcasing your analytical skills. Your attention to detail allows you to pivot seamlessly between different categories of requirements, ensuring that you meet the diverse needs of the role. You are committed to delivering high-quality labeled data, adhering to guidelines to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and using in-house tools and software effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and following strict confidentiality while working with a range of different types of data. You will deliver high-quality labeled data, using guidelines provided to meet KPIs and utilizing in-house tools and software. You will analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance the quality of labeling tasks and their outputs. Your daily operational deliverables will involve supporting multiple task types assigned to you and your team, ensuring that you contribute to the overall success of Amazon's commitment to developing and deploying AI responsibly. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the best results are achieved for customers, making a significant impact on the future of human-technology interaction.
