What you'll do
As a Data Center Operations Technician at Amazon, you will be responsible for daily building rounds to monitor and maintain the data center's infrastructure. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers to implement the latest technology and work practices. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently. You will also assist in testing new technologies and processes to enhance operational performance. Your contributions will help ensure that AWS data centers provide continual access to cloud services for customers worldwide.
