You are a motivated individual with a strong interest in technology and data center operations. You possess effective communication skills and are able to work both independently and as part of a team. Your organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be critical to your success in this role. You are willing to learn and adapt to the fast-paced environment of a data center, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You have a basic understanding of hardware and network repair, and you are eager to expand your knowledge in these areas. You are comfortable working in a 24/7 environment and are open to traveling within and outside of the regional work area as needed. Your proactive approach to problem-solving will help you innovate solutions and fix issues that arise within the data center space.
Desirable
Experience or familiarity with AWS services is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to contribute to the team. A background in IT support or related fields can also be beneficial, providing you with a foundation to build upon in your new role.
What you'll do
