You are excited about the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals, including software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers.

What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless data center operations that power millions of businesses and services worldwide. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the heartbeat of the world's most innovative technology platform by performing hardware and network repairs, installing equipment, and creating documentation. You will be tasked with troubleshooting and fixing problems within the data center space, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

You will collaborate with various teams across AWS to deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing critical support for all AWS data centers. Your role will involve innovating solutions to complex challenges and contributing to the overall success of the AWS infrastructure services. You will be part of a team that tackles the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain, and you will have the opportunity to help keep the cloud running effectively.

What we offer

Amazon offers a competitive starting pay for this position, with a range of $27.00 to $47.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Starting on Day 1 of employment, you will have access to a variety of benefits, including EAP, mental health support, and a 401(k) matching program.
