What you'll do
As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of our global cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency of our data centers. You will also participate in an on-call rotation, responding to urgent issues as they arise to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability. Your work will directly impact the performance of AWS services, supporting millions of businesses and services worldwide.
