What you'll do
As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of our global cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repairs to ensure seamless operations. You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers to deliver the highest standards of service. Your role will also involve participating in an on-call rotation to address any urgent issues that may arise.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You will work on challenging problems with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain, and your contributions will help keep the cloud running smoothly.
