What you'll do

As a Senior Data Solutions Lead, you will drive and document effective machine learning and generative AI solutions for customer requests. You will transform complex research objectives into clear, actionable data collection requirements, ensuring that your global team improvement projects are executed seamlessly. Your role will involve coordinating across various teams to ensure stakeholder alignment and the successful delivery of solutions.

You will own relationships with customer scientists, becoming their go-to partner for machine learning data solutions. Your expertise will guide customers on workflow feasibility and data collection, helping them maximize the value of their projects. You will monitor and optimize collection health metrics, ensuring that customer success is at the forefront of your efforts.
