What you'll do

As a Data Solutions Lead, you will manage and monitor your team's performance, ensuring they are equipped to execute high-impact data collections that drive improvements in General Intelligence models. You will own global program improvement initiatives for the Data Collection Excellence Organization, coordinating efforts across multiple sites in Europe. Your role will involve acting as an escalation point for challenging data collections, directly assisting senior-level customers and your team to deliver meaningful change on a global scale.

You will collaborate closely with product and technology teams to implement effective long-term solutions, ensuring that your team's work aligns with broader business objectives. By monitoring and optimizing collection health metrics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer success and satisfaction. Your leadership will help create a culture of continuous improvement, where your team is encouraged to explore new approaches and drive business value through efficient data collection processes.
