You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of driving customer success through technical expertise and best practices. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding throughout the project. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and are adept at developing strategies to mitigate risks.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process of AWS solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimizing performance. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, guiding them through their cloud journey. Your role will involve assessing current infrastructure and proposing effective migration strategies, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives, leveraging your expertise to help customers realize their desired business outcomes. As a key player in the AWS Professional Services team, you will contribute to a global effort to deliver focused guidance and support to customers, ensuring they achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. Your ability to manage risks and optimize performance will be critical to the success of each project you undertake.
