What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the ProServe ASEAN Delivery Team, overseeing the delivery of cloud transformation programs across Amazon's largest enterprise customers. You will be responsible for managing a team of Delivery Practice Managers and delivery specialists, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to succeed. You will engage with customers and C-Level executives to provide thought leadership and support pre-sales efforts.

You will own the implementation of diverse customer cloud programs, ensuring that delivery exceeds expectations and drives customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables. You will also be expected to travel occasionally to meet with clients and partners as needed.
