What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming workplace safety culture at Amazon. You will drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies, leading daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments. Your responsibilities will include implementing innovative solutions to prevent injuries and delivering engaging safety training that promotes a proactive safety culture. You will serve as your building's designated safety champion, building relationships with associates and influencing positive change. You will also champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety while maintaining operational efficiency. Your expertise will directly protect employees and contribute to Amazon's mission of becoming Earth's safest place to work.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $27.00 to $33.00, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
