What you'll do
In this role, you will lead large-scale technical projects that have national significance, directly influencing customer outcomes and AWS service offerings. You will combine your technical expertise with strong leadership skills to manage project delivery, ensuring that all aspects of planning, execution, control, budgeting, staffing, and communication are handled with excellence. You will work closely with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, elevating their skills, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. You will also be involved in shaping cross-organizational technical strategies, ensuring that the delivery of cloud solutions meets the highest standards. As a thought leader, you will define best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $153,600.00 - $207,800.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
