What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and maintenance of global MEP design standards and specifications for new construction and retrofit projects. You will create and implement operational guidelines and standard operating procedures for MEP building systems and equipment, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for performance optimization and energy efficiency improvements across Amazon's extensive office portfolio.

You will provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to regional teams on complex engineering issues, guiding them through challenges and ensuring successful project execution. Additionally, you will develop strategies for equipment lifecycle management and preventive maintenance, ensuring that all systems operate at peak performance. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and innovations, integrating new technologies and practices into Amazon's engineering initiatives.
