What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Design Engineering, you will lead the North America AMZL Design Engineering Team, focusing on the expansion of Amazon's Delivery Station Network. Your role will involve overseeing the design and construction of delivery stations, ensuring that they meet operational requirements and customer expectations. You will be responsible for mentoring your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving efficiency in design processes. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives, ensuring that all projects are executed on time and within budget.
