Who you are

You have a strong background in managing customer relationships and possess the skills to represent AWS effectively within a customer's environment. Your experience includes supporting the software development life-cycle for cloud services, and you are adept at operations management of active services. You have a strategic mindset, enabling you to think critically about business, product, and technical challenges, helping customers maximize the benefits of cloud efficiencies and innovations.

You have demonstrated leadership abilities, having led teams of Cloud Operations Architects and Technical Account Managers. Your management skills allow you to oversee ongoing operations of business-critical applications while ensuring that your team delivers the best results for customers. You are comfortable engaging with senior personnel regarding incidents, trade-offs, best practices, and risk management, making you a key player in driving customer satisfaction.

Your ability to think strategically about business challenges is complemented by your technical knowledge of AWS services. You are passionate about helping customers take advantage of the cloud's capabilities, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and shape strategies that enhance customer engagement and operational success.

Desirable

Experience with large-scale cloud implementations and a deep understanding of AWS services will set you apart. Familiarity with incident management and operational reviews will enhance your ability to lead effectively in this role.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Support Manager at Amazon, you will work closely with our largest customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of support for their AWS services. You will lead a team responsible for planning, reviewing, and overseeing the operations of critical applications, acting as the primary operational point of contact. Your role will involve conducting operations reviews both internally and with customers, constantly seeking ways to improve their AWS experience.

You will collaborate with sales leadership to ensure the successful launch and ongoing operations of AWS's largest application workloads. Your strategic insights will help shape and execute a strategy that builds mind-share and broad use of AWS among top-tier customers. You will also act as the voice of the customer within AWS, escalating problems and driving prioritization of business needs.
