Who you are
You have at least 1 year of experience in merchandising, where you've executed procedures related to in-store displays to enhance customer experience and drive product interest. You possess a strong ability to analyze data and metrics to support your decisions and implement effective solutions. Your skills in design tools and understanding of visual trends in home and kitchen products will be crucial in this role.
You are proactive and possess a bias for action, always eager to learn and adapt to the changing landscape of e-commerce. Your frugality ensures that you make the most of available resources while delivering high-quality results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the design playbook for the Home category, ensuring that the style guide and overall design language align with customer expectations. You will handle the customer browsing experience by collaborating with the imaging team to coordinate product shoots, ensuring that the visuals are appealing and engaging.
You will forecast visual and usage trends in the Home & Kitchen sector, creating inspirational graphics and copy that drive customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include managing the design team to prioritize graphic creation for multiple stores, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
You will analyze performance metrics for various theme stores, benchmarking graphics to optimize traffic and engagement. Your role will also involve conducting experiments to understand customer preferences better, allowing you to tailor the browsing experience effectively. You will ensure that all deliverables are created on schedule, coordinating with studios for both regular business and special events.
