What you'll do

As a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician, you will perform daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment. Your role is crucial in ensuring the 24/7 reliability and availability of our data centers. You will assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events, ensuring that all operations meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will also be involved in performing rack installs and decommissioning, as well as conducting preventive maintenance and root cause analysis on various equipment.

You will monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management Systems (EPMS) to ensure optimal performance. Your technical writing skills will support our change management program, documenting processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. You will manage daily work requests and drive them to resolution, collaborating with your team to maintain the highest standards of service.
