You are a hands-on technician with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems — you thrive in environments where you can troubleshoot and maintain critical infrastructure. Your experience with data center operations equips you to handle complex systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high uptime standards, contributing to the seamless operation of technology that powers global digital experiences.
You possess a foundational knowledge of three-phase electrical systems, including switch gear, UPSs, and PDUs — your familiarity with diesel generators and cooling systems like CRAC and centrifugal chillers makes you a valuable asset to the team. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and grow within the field of data center engineering.
What you'll do
As a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting mission-critical facilities — your role is essential in ensuring that all systems operate at peak performance. You will work closely with a diverse team of engineers and specialists, collaborating to solve complex problems that impact the supply chain and overall infrastructure.
