What you'll do
As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of the world's most innovative technology platform. Your responsibilities will include installing equipment, performing hardware and network repairs, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will be tasked with creating documentation that supports operational processes and innovating solutions to improve efficiency within the data center.
You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers. Your role will require you to react quickly to any issues that arise, ensuring that the data center operates seamlessly and supports millions of businesses and services worldwide. You will be a critical guardian of AWS infrastructure, contributing to the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive starting pay for this position, with hourly rates ranging from $27.00 to $47.00 based on experience and qualifications.
