What you'll do
As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and network problems within AWS data centers. You will work closely with the Data Center Operations team to ensure that all infrastructure operates efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting a range of issues, from hardware malfunctions to networking challenges, and you will be the primary resolver for your support team.
