What you'll do
As an Engineering Operations Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating critical infrastructure systems within AWS data centers. You will work closely with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure continual access to the cloud services that customers rely on.
You will engage in hands-on work, helping to implement the latest technologies and practices that enhance operational efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and performance of AWS infrastructure, allowing you to tackle some of the most challenging problems in the industry.
