You are committed to documenting detailed, complete, and legible descriptions of all repair operations, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.

What you'll do

As a Generator Service Technician, you will be part of a team that supports the operations of some of the world’s most powerful data centers. Your primary responsibility will be to perform field service repairs on generators, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. You will travel to various sites as needed, providing high-quality service to meet customer expectations. You will also be involved in advising the Generator Service Manager on parts needed for repairs, contributing to the overall efficiency of the service team.

You will maintain a safe and clean work area, adhering to all company safety protocols. Your role will require you to document all repair operations meticulously, ensuring that all actions taken are recorded accurately. You will work closely with other technicians and engineers, learning from their expertise and sharing your insights to improve service delivery.
