What you'll do

As a Network Install Technician at Amazon, you will be at the forefront of transforming our network infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to implement automated systems that enhance network stability and scalability. You will engage in hands-on technical work, troubleshooting issues as they arise and developing strategic solutions to keep our network running seamlessly. You will also participate in the design, planning, and operation of AWS global infrastructure, ensuring that our customers have continual access to the services they rely on.

You will work closely with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and security experts, to address the most challenging problems in our operations. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions that align with our high standards for safety and security.
