What you'll do

In your role as an Outbound Area Manager Jr, you will lead and develop a team of Amazon Associates in a distribution warehouse environment. Your primary responsibilities will include motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team to achieve the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance performance, and engagement. You will engage with your team during shifts to ensure that operational goals are met and that associates feel supported in their roles. You will also be involved in mastering the tools, processes, and operations that drive Amazon's customer-centric approach.
