What you'll do

As a Research Scientist I, you will be responsible for designing and improving decision models related to jurisdiction planning and delivery channel optimization. You will analyze data to inform capacity planning for delivery stations and on-the-road operations. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of Amazon's delivery network, ensuring that we meet customer expectations while minimizing costs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement machine learning models that enhance routing inputs estimation and fleet planning.
