Who you are

You are an early-career professional eager to transition into program management. You have a foundational understanding of technical concepts and are ready to learn from experienced mentors in a collaborative environment. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of maintaining project plans and tracking milestones to ensure program delivery.

You thrive in cross-functional settings, partnering with hardware engineers, product managers, and designers to facilitate technical discussions and capture action items. Your curiosity drives you to ask clarifying questions during design reviews, helping you develop a deeper understanding of system architecture and technical dependencies. You are committed to learning how to identify technical risks and understand mitigation strategies, using data and metrics to track program health.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the delivery of well-defined programs that span multiple engineering teams, maintaining project plans and reporting status to stakeholders. You will run standups, sprint planning, and team syncs with guidance from your manager, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed. Identifying risks and escalating blockers appropriately will be part of your responsibilities, as will documenting decisions and maintaining program artifacts.

You will coordinate cross-functionally, building relationships across teams and learning the organizational dynamics that drive success. Your role will involve translating requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. You will provide weekly status updates to your manager and stakeholders, keeping communication lines open and transparent.
