You have a proactive approach to maintenance and are eager to support the development of apprentices on-site.
You thrive in an operational environment where you can apply your technical skills to diagnose and repair equipment failures. You are detail-oriented and understand the significance of optimizing equipment functionality to prevent downtime. You are also open to working on continuous improvement projects across multiple sites within the EU.
What you'll do
As a Technicien(ne) de Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing proactive and preventive maintenance tasks on site equipment. You will diagnose equipment failures and carry out reactive repairs in a functional distribution center. Your role will involve using the best tools to optimize equipment performance while ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. You will also support the development of apprentices, helping them grow in their roles and contribute to the team's success.
