What you'll do

As a Finance Manager on the AWS GenAI team, you will serve as a key business partner, working directly with AWS senior management and other internal stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide financial recommendations that drive business decisions. You will build financial models for new business concepts, making analytical judgments that lead to actionable insights.

You will present financial summaries and business insights to finance leadership, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Your role will involve developing and standardizing financial reporting packages that enhance visibility into business performance. You will drive continuous improvements in financial processes, seeking efficiencies that contribute to profit growth.

In this position, you will manage financial deliverables such as Weekly Business Reviews, Monthly Financial Reviews, and Operating Plans. You will also be involved in pricing strategies and discount management, ensuring that financial practices support the overall business strategy. Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly will be crucial in influencing decision-making at all levels of the organization.
