You have 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within a technology or public sector environment — you've developed a keen ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights that drive business outcomes. Your strong communication skills enable you to influence senior stakeholders effectively, ensuring that financial strategies align with business objectives.
You possess a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a passion for uncovering insights — you thrive on deep-diving into financial variances and translating your findings into strategic recommendations. Your experience with financial forecasting and planning allows you to navigate ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the Finance leader for one of the business verticals in the Public Sector, collaborating closely with senior business stakeholders on revenue and strategic investment decisions. You will be responsible for inventing and designing scalable reporting mechanisms to monitor the financial health of the business, ensuring that key metrics are tracked and analyzed.
You will deep dive into the drivers of monthly and quarterly variances in revenue and expense metrics, providing critical insights to inform operating strategies. Additionally, you will own the planning and forecasting processes for the business, influencing stakeholders to ensure that initiatives are aligned with financial goals.
