You are a highly analytical and meticulous individual with a strong background in finance or accounting. You thrive in environments where you can dive deep into data to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions. Your enthusiasm and energy help you deliver innovative ideas and solutions that drive efficiency. You possess strong organizational skills and have a solid understanding of financial systems and processes. You are comfortable working with various tools and systems for financial analysis and reporting.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support management in all aspects of financial accounting, reporting systems, procedures, and policies. You will ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and resolve open items in a timely manner. You will lead projects aimed at improving the team's overall efficiency and analyze data provided by various tools for internal financial analysis and reporting. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in promoting systems and process development within the department to enhance ongoing efficiency and control improvements.
